Humaid Al Qattami, UAE Education Minister praised on Sunday the role the Emirates Human  Rights Association in trying to create an awareness on the rights and duties of the people towards the state and the community.

He said that the initiative of the organisation to highlight the principles of human rights, the respect for laws, commitment to constitutional rules, and the respect of individual and equality among members of the community as praiseworthy.The minister made his remarks during an audience on Sunday with a delegation from the Association which briefed him on the body’s current and future programmes and mission of its committees.
