UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has spoken with His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain during a telephone call earlier today.

During their conversation Sheikh Mohammed expressed the UAE’s full solidarity and support for the Kingdom of Bahrain in taking action to protect its security and stability. He stressed that the security of both their countries was indivisible, adding that what affects Bahrain impacts the UAE.

King Hamad responded in turn by expressing his thanks and appreciation for the UAE’s support by standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Bahrain in their efforts to confront those who threaten peace and security.

Toward the close of the telephone conversation, King Hamad spoke of his great pride in the strong fraternal relations that exist between their countries and peoples.
