His Excellency/Mohammed Al Gergawi
His Excellency Mohammed A. AlGergawi holds the following positions:
• Minister of Cabinet Affairs of the Federal Government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
• Deputy Chairman of the Ministerial Council for Services
• Chairman of the Emirates Competitiveness Council
• Deputy Chairman of the Emirates Investment Authority
• Chairman of Dubai Holding |
| H.E AlGergawi is also a member of:
• Board of Directors of the UAE University
• Board of Trustees of Abu Dhabi University
• Honorary Fellow of London Business School
H.E Al Gergawi supervised a number of social initiatives:
• Dubai Autism Center
• UAE Association of Handicapped Sports
Previously, H.E AlGergawi held several positions including :
• Secretary General of Dubai Government's Executive Council
• Chairman of Dubai Investment and Development Authority
• Managing Director of Dubai Media Incorporated.
H.E. AlGergawi received a number of honors and awards like the following:
• Moroccan Royal Order of Merit from His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco
• American Business Award from the American Business Council.
H.E. AlGergawi was born in Dubai, in 1963. He is a graduate of Business Administration from the US . | |

| 1- Provide support to the cabinet and manage its related affairs including supervising the functions of the general secretariat of the cabinet under decree by federal law No.(11) for 2007 on organizing and identifying the responsibilities and mandates of the General Secretariat of the Cabinet .
2- Study the issues and projects ordered by the Prime Minister, provide advice on them and follow up the related resolutions and directives .
3- Monitor government performance of federal ministries, institutions and authorities and set their performance indicators as well .
4- Conduct research and studies on the federal government strategy and the mandates of the different ministries and forward the appropriate recommendations to the cabinet .
5- Any other functions assigned to the ministry of cabinet affairs under the cabinet laws, regulations and resolutions . |
